NCEM Concerts
The Black Swan Folk Club hosts 6-10 concerts a year in the National Centre for Early Music in addition to other folk events promoted by the NCEM itself.
Concerts typically start at 7:30pm (doors open 7pm) with a support act, mini break to change the stage, then 2 spots from the guest with a 20 minute interval with a bottle bar.
The Folk Club also co-promotes occasional folk concerts at The Crescent Community Centre, which is off Blossom Street behind the Everyman (formerly Odeon) Cinema. These are also listed in Yellow on the programme pages. The venue website is thecrescentyork.com
